Terms and Conditions for Car Hire for the weekend:
Full License Required

Two forms of ID dated in the past 3 months and a credit or debit card to pay. Driver must bring their full valid driving licence/photo card licence.

Age
Driver must have passed test for more than 2 years and hold a full UK licence. Must not have been involved in any accidents or incidents in the past 12 months. Must be over 23 years of age to drive 1.0 litre engine, 25 years to drive 1.5 litre engine and 30 years to drive 2.0 litre and over. Unfortunately we cannot hire to over the age of 75.

Insurance
Insurance is provided by Perry’s when car is taken out.  Excess is £19.99 per day.

Dates of rental
Winner has 6 months after the end of the promotion to claim their car for the weekend.

Liability
Yes, a £100 security deposit must be paid using a credit/debit card on all hires.

Rental documentation
No other person to drive this bar the winner. Winners details will be passed onto Perrys.

  • The competition (the Promotion) is open to UK residents only, aged 18 and over, except employees of Perrys Motor Sales and Peak FM (the Promoters), their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion.
  • There is no entry fee and no purchase is necessary to enter the promotion. 
  • The promotion will run from 6am (GMT) 13th June until 12pm midday (GMT) on Thursday 21st June. This period will be known as the Promotion Period.  Any entries outside the Promotion Period will not be counted.
  • The prize winner will be selected by the Promoter. There is one prize (family forest  weekend away with a new Ecosport to test drive for a weekend from Perry Chesterfield Ford Store).
  • The decision of the Promoter in relation to the promotion is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
